Our customer concern was the excessive waste generated by the packaging. 

Solution provided

Mica Tapes Europe reduced the size of its cardboard cores. This, in turn, was a way to optimize and reduce the packaging size. The size of the shipping units was reduced, which decreased the carbon footprint associated with transportation.

Since then, we have been applying this solution to all our E-Foil and E-Combi packaging.

Such win-win solution has been possible because both parties share an interest in sustainability.
